66 St Georges Terrace
Place Fabric is leading the expansion and refurbishment of 66 St Georges Terrace, transforming the building’s lobby, interiors, and public realm to create a contemporary, warm, and highly functional workplace environment.
The existing lobby is being reimagined with a material palette of stone, timber, brass, and layered textures, delivering a welcoming arrival experience. Functional zones including a new concierge desk, café kiosk, café seating, and private booth seating are integrated into a cohesive, activated environment, complemented by careful lighting design to highlight key architectural features and enrich the overall ambience.
The refurbishment enhances connectivity between the lobby and surrounding public spaces, strengthening the building’s presence on St Georges Terrace and improving the laneway connection to London Court. A pocket of alfresco seating and a new coffee window further activate the laneway, encouraging interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Interior upgrades include new conference facilities and refurbished end-of-trip amenities, supporting the evolving needs of tenants while reinforcing the building’s A-grade status. The design strategy prioritises timeless materials and detailing, ensuring durability, longevity, and alignment with the building’s premium positioning in Perth’s CBD.
